Cancellation, Payment & Booking Conditions
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booked date are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee. Any deposit already paid will be refunded in full.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled start of the excursion, the full booking price will be charged.
In the event of a storm warning issued by the Coast Guard, unsafe sea conditions, or other adverse weather conditions, La Familia Worlds reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the excursion for safety reasons.
We will offer an alternative date whenever possible. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
If you need to postpone your excursion due to illness, health issues, or other unexpected circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to find a suitable solution together.
La Familia Worlds strictly reserves the right to refuse boarding or participation to guests who arrive under the influence of alcohol.
In such cases, the full excursion price remains payable immediately, even if participation is refused.
A deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking.
You will find the bank account details and payment instructions in your official booking confirmation.
For airport transfers, please inform us via WhatsApp directly from your departure airport on the day of travel whether your flight is departing as scheduled or if there are any delays.
If you need to cancel your airport transfer, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time.
We kindly ask all guests to respect these conditions to ensure smooth organization, reliable service, and the highest possible level of safety.
