Everything was perfectly organized from the start.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel was fantastic.
Bassam, the driver, had a cold drink waiting for us in the car, which was very welcome given the outside temperatures of over 30 degrees Celsius. The drive was totally relaxed; we didn't have to stop at countless hotels to drop off other tourists. We went straight to our hotel.
Then came our big day...the snorkeling trip with La Familia.
As soon as we were on board, we already had our first drink in hand: a freshly made smoothie ☺️
After a few minutes, we set off.
Mishu took us to a coral reef that was truly beautiful.
But no one expected us to have visitors.
As soon as we docked, four dolphins were swimming around us.
It was incredible.
We didn't hesitate for long and jumped into the water, camera in hand.
' ... Keeping a safe distance (La Familia and we ourselves value respectful interaction with marine life), we were able to observe the dolphins playing.
There weren't any large boats with masses of tourists, just us on La Familia 😍 We enjoyed it for three hours.
A dream come true, I can only say.
After a while, we returned to the boat and were served a wonderfully prepared meal. We can only offer a huge compliment to Ahmet. 🥰🥰👍 After dinner, we continued watching the dolphins, but unfortunately, the larger boats arrived with a considerable amount of noise, so we had to say goodbye to these beautiful animals.
Mishu headed for the other side of the reef, and, unbelievably for us even now... the dolphins followed us (I think they wanted to chill with us some more).
They accompanied us all day.
We were so thrilled with this excursion, the boat, Daniela and her crew, the tranquility on board, and the service that we took a second tour with our friends almost a week later.
It was also incredibly beautiful and will always be a cherished memory.
I highly recommend La Familia.
If you're looking for a VIP excursion, this is the place to go.
For us, nothing else will do.

Both were dreamily beautiful.
We felt comfortable & were always looked after and asked if everything was okay.
Since it was just us and our friends, 4 people in total. It was also special for us because we didn't want to follow a large convoy while riding quads or stop at snorkeling spots with a lot of other people.
While snorkeling, we quickly felt comfortable and weren't afraid because Mohammed made us feel at ease.
All in all, these were two incredibly great excursions for us that we would do again anytime. 😍👍
